Presentment Of Cheque To Charge Drawer
(1) No person can charge the Drawer without presentment of a Cheque at the Bank upon which it is drawn.
(2) If any damage is caused to any person due to the reason of default of presentment of Cheque within a reasonable time, the amount
of such damage cannot be charged with the Drawee.
